The Executive Summary presents the findings and recommendations in a compressed form, usually a single page. A single sentence compares energy use broadly with other similar buildings. There is some description of distinguishing features, and then a roll-up of the investment picture for the Energy Savings Scenario. We use the Energy Savings Scenario because most ManagingEnergy reports are motivated by energy conservation goals, however any scenario of primary interest could be used in the executive summary.
